Service Description

Connect Club is an engaging social and life skills program that empowers young adults with disabilities to build friendships, strengthen communication, increase independence, and develop the practical skills needed for adulthood. Through interactive activities, community experiences, and real-world learning, participants gain confidence, practice executive functioning skills, and discover meaningful ways to connect with others and actively participate in their communities.
