Alison Cox, Owner: 

Inclusive Connections, LLC was founded by Alison Cox, an educator and disability advocate with extensive experience supporting individuals with disabilities across educational, community, and transition settings. Throughout her career, Alison has worked with children, adolescents, and young adults to develop social skills, self-advocacy, independence, employment readiness, and meaningful community participation. Her background in special education, transition planning, and community-based instruction has provided firsthand insight into the barriers many individuals with disabilities face when seeking opportunities for connection and inclusion. Driven by a belief that every person deserves to belong, contribute, and thrive, Alison established Inclusive Connections to create innovative, person-centered programs that empower individuals to build relationships, develop confidence, and achieve their personal goals while fostering more inclusive communities throughout Westmoreland County and beyond.
